"DO NOT STAY HERE"

Location was good for City centre.

Locked out for over 40 minutes in the rain because the arrival instructions were incorrect. No heating when we eventually got in and it was freezing so I would guess no one had stayed for a while. The twin bedroom radiator was broken and would not come on. The heating thermostat was broken. The double bedroom window blind was broken. The kitchen bin was broken. There was a hole in the wall from the front door. Messaged and repeatedly called the owners but only replied via booking.com 4.5 hours later when we were soaked and cold. No response from the owners and their email is now blocked when I requested a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great location, good space and comfortable

The hive heating system didn't work, so only one radiator came on in he ensuite bathroom.

I couldn't tell you I wasn't allowed in the property The key box wasn't where it was stated and Repeated phone calls to the property went an answered

But the property after having a previous one canceled on the for absolutely no reason immediately after I paid and booked to this one arrived at the property 11:30 and proceeded to spend 30 minutes trying to find the key box phone the property owners with the contact number supplied the ring doorbell was off was unable to enter the property and then exactly at 12 o'clock the property cancelled for no show very unusual and booking.com have sided with the property and not refund me despite a very long phone call customer services and no explanation whatsoever why they would not refund me
