"Not what i expected. And expectations weren't high"

No kettle or tv in room. Stupidly figured they were standard basics. Bathroom was dirty. Empty wrappers down the back of the chest of drawers. Felt like a HMO

"Brilliant on a budget"

Firstly I was travelling for a family emergency and very little money. This was cheap so I was a bit worried. I needn’t have worried! Rich was a gem. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, comfortable and its own en-suite. Which for the price was amazing. There was parking, kitchen facilities, which when on a budget is a real boon. I hope to go again. Highly recommend

Very good value. Lovely dining and kitchen area. Very quiet. Bed very comfy, room nice and warm. Met Andy the host, very friendly and helpful.
