Town centre, very convenient

Very strategically located and convenient with secure parking. Very clean as well

Good double rooms, clean tidy, central location, warm welcoming host, easy check in, secure parking a bonus. Great hotel for the price.

Nice and peaceful

Everything about this property is completely below standard

Very filthy environment. The en-suite sink ,toilet and bathroom were dirty and with strong stinky smell with dark flaky patches all over. The beddings for the previous customer who left for me to use with obvious dirty stains and crumbs on the bed. The host wasn’t honest in everything he said to me . I was asked by Richard the host and his so cold helper to help clean the room and change the bedding before I can use it.I was made to sit in the lounge for almost one and half hours because none of the rooms available were clean for me to use. I have so much to say about this property. I felt sick all night due the strong awful smell.In short , it’s an awful,terrible with a horribly dishonest host.

Convenient location, walking distance to town and shops and a minute from a pub. Nice small room, comfortable bed, small desk and wardrobe in the room. Plug sockets right by the bed. Shared bathroom with a warm shower. Clean towels and spare toilet rolls provided in the room. Shared kitchen with two fridges and crockery provided and nice and clean. Easy check in. Very helpful and responsive host. Friendly and polite housemates. Cheap compared to other places in the area.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't clean when I arrived. The sheets were dirty with lots of hairs but I messaged the landlord and he was super responsive and sorted the issue within 10 minutes with new sheets for me. The floor also didn't seem to be hoovered, but I wasn't in much and on a tight schedule and only there 2 nights so I didn't raise this, but I'm sure it would have been sorted promptly too if I'd asked. Toilet also not the cleanest, but level as to be expected in shared accommodation with others living there constantly. The kitchen was nice and clean, but both fridges very full so hard to find space to put things, but everyone was friendly and helpful and so if I were there longer I am confident would have rearranged their things to make space.

The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom was clean. The location was good for me to access Keele SU easily. The lady who welcomed me to the property was very lovely and welcoming.

I had a room with a shared bathroom, and although I understand that it's shared, I think having no toilet roll is unacceptable. There was none on arrival or the next morning. The shower was too dirty for me to use. It was also very cold. Check out is at 10, which I understood. However, just as I was about to leave at 10:15, a rude man was knocking on my door 'reminding' me to leave. I thought this was a little extreme.
