Tried to scam us and make us pay £200 more and threatened to cancel are booking, knowing it was already 11PM and we had no where to go with 2 kids and being pregnant myself. Terrible experience, would never use this

The space

Smell pillows were bad and tacky not good especially for a stay over No milk no water No air con And the worst was no wardrobe or hanging for even a coat 😭😭😭 N we was given a double bed with a baby and told cot was extra when on booking it just said we can request cot it didn’t ask about additional pricing Cot always came with a child under 2 every other hotel
