長男の3歳の誕生日に特別な日にしたくて利用しました。 それもあってか、私たちにとってこれ以上良いホテルはもう無いかも。 とても気に入りました。 古さを残しつつ清潔で広い館内には、1階にガチャガチャや充実した売店、喫煙所やちょっとしたフォトスペースなどがありました。 利用客はインバウンドの方が多いようですが、日本人こそとても魅力を感じられるお宿だと思います。 露天風呂は洞爺湖を一望でき、五感全てが癒やされるような時間を過ごしました。 私たちが宿泊したのは山側の部屋だったのですが、チェックインの際にその説明を受け、花火が見えないのかと残念に思っていたところ、フロントの方が館内から見える場所を親切に教えてくださりました。ホスピタリティに溢れている対応をしていただきました。

強いて言うならば、館内にランドリーがありません。 フロントで聞けば、近くのコインランドリーを紹介してくださります。 ここは洗濯機と乾燥機が別です。 また、9:00〜21:00の営業なので、回す時間は計画的に。あとちょっと変わった建物(狭くて奇抜な内装)なので1人で入るのは少し勇気がいるかも... 入り口はセンサーライトが付くようになっているので、夜近づくまで辺りが真っ暗なのは女性は少し怖いと感じるかなと思いました。

"湖畔亭飯店雖然不如附近飯店來得高級，但以這個價位跟品質CP值確實值得！"

湖畔景緻很舒服、悠閑，令人能放鬆心情。飯店附近的商店街，雖然不如大型溫泉區熱鬧，但小而美、便利商店多，依然很方便。 最重要的是飯店的對面就是公車站牌，有公車可以直達洞爺車站。

La chambre vue lac est exceptionnelle. On pouvait voir une partie du feu d’artifice de la chambre. Les futons étaient très confortables. Le buffet était bon et le petit déjeuner vraiment très bon (bonus pour les petites gaufres !). Les bains extérieurs face au lac sont très agréables et beaux.

La salle pour manger est très bruyante. Il manque une rallonge/multiprise dans la chambre.

晚餐早餐都包含在內，可以省兩餐還不錯！泡湯的風景很好！晚上可以看煙火，早餐可以看美麗的洞爺湖風光，房間算大，但要選房才可以選擇看湖景的風光，連住兩天會有"殺必斯"，算是小確幸吧！

房間完全沒有冷氣！睡兩天都是被熱醒的，房間設備很明顯是有年代的，而且沒有吹風機，只能去泡湯的地方吹頭髮，有吸菸房，但吸菸房沒有門關起來外面都聞的到菸，真的不舒服。
