早餐及晚餐的BUFFET種類多，房間訂的是湖景房，早上起床就能看到超美的洞爺湖，晚上如果不想出門也可在房間欣賞洞爺湖花火，另外湖畔亭也有配合接駁巴士，能夠很方便的前往新千歲機場及札幌

ロケーションが湖の目の前で、景色が良かったです。 食事が美味しかったです。

食事会場の椅子の座面布が破けていたり、テーブルの木がはがれていたりで劣化がみられ、美味しい食事も食欲が減る気がしました。 大浴場のすぐ下の階の部屋に宿泊でしたが、水が配管を流れる音がひと晩中聞こえ、眠れませんでした。 部屋にドライヤーがないのが不便でした(大浴場にはドライヤーがあります)。

perfetta la posizione davanti al lago, bella la onsen (interna ed esterna), ottima la cena

l'odore della camera, seppur pulita, era impattante, in generale sarebbe necessaria una svecchiata

Great location, nice onsen. Buffet dinner and breakfast (but no ryokan feeling, very touristic)

Rooms need some upate (sink in bathroom had big crack, many scratches on wooden parts).

Łaźnia na 9 piętrze z widokiem na jezioro robiła cudowne wrażenie. Przystanek autobusowy był zaraz naprzeciw hotelu.

Hotel ma już swoje lata to widać. Dywany w pokojach i krzesła w hotelowej restauracji wymagają wymiany.
