"Beautiful clean lake view Japanese style room is marvelous!"

The lake view Japanese style room is marvelous! We got to see magnificent mount Yotei. Nice view and very clean tatami. We can watch the fireworks from our room.

We had a room facing the lake and that was amazing. if they could include coffee in the room that would be great. The Onsen was just great. My first experience and definitely a great one especially the outdoor Onsen.

The bathroom was a bit small. The beddings could be better including the pillows etc

"Beautiful views and scenery at Lake Toya"

We had a full board with breakfast and dinner. Variety of food selection was good. Had a good view of the lake from our room with spectacular fireworks during both nights

The property is in badly need of a makeover. Carpets in the hallway leading to the rooms were visibly worn and the room furniture is in need of replacement due to markings made by objects or ageing. Our shower curtain had mould at a few places.

"it was great and majestic"

Toya Kohantei has a nice buffet dinner with lots of local Hokkaido food, cozy Japanese-style rooms with lake views, and a relaxing rooftop onsen overlooking Lake Toya. The outdoor hot spring and fireworks views are especially popular with guests.

"Stay for the view and onsen, nothing else."

Awesome lake view from lobby and room. Parking just opposite the hotel. Fireworks at night, can view from room or lakeside. Exceptional 9th-floor indoor and outdoor baths with panoramic views.

The room is aging, really needs to refurbish. Toilet and shower room featured older, manual hot-and-cold twist faucet. Breakfast and dinner do not worth the price am paying.

"Exceptional"

It was one of the best hotels I stayed at during my two trips to Japan. Although it’s not the newest hotel, the room was great, the view was exceptional, and both the dinner and breakfast were spot on. And the parking is next to the hotel, so it was easy to park the car.

窗外的風景非常漂亮，羊蹄山的角度也很漂亮

房間內居然沒有吹風機，還要另外借；鋪床之後的桌上擋在衣櫃面前無法開啟
