Toya Kohan Tei

The food at dinner was of good quality and variety. The room had a great view of the lake and Mt Yotel. The village was great to walk through and there is a lot to see around the area.

The staff at dinner where nice but could have been a bit friendlier.

房間位於洞爺湖畔窗外景色優美，可觀賞到洞爺湖煙花秀~ 一泊二食，餐點選擇多樣性可以吃到各種特色料理 戶外溫泉面湖且晚上可看到星星，景色不錯!!

早餐跟晚餐的提供相對於房價我覺得算很不錯，尤其從用餐空間靠窗處可以看到洞爺湖整體的景色！可以給予相當好的分數！

床墊給的是一種折疊式的軟墊，可是軟墊中間縫隙算挺大，可以改善這種形式的床墊的話就太好了！

Traditional somewhat large Japanese room with Tatamy mats . The bed was a futon but I found it OK. Other rooms had western type beds. The top floor onsens ( inside and outside) are wonderful. I stayed 2 days and there was no change in the onsen for men in terms of location and views. The public spaces are stunning. The room had view on the lake and the nightly fireworks which was also stunning , although a bit marred by the screen on the opening window. The hotel is well situated about 10 min walk from bus station. Nice restaurants for lunch not too far

The hotel is an older facility and shows wear and tear in some areas such as corridors , but that did not bother me. The buffet is a mixed bag and repetitive. However the large variety of food offered makes it possible to find items to your taste. The outside onsen was a bit small , but not too crowded later in the day.

Location is great

The interior is very old and looks dirty. it looks like it hasn't been maintained for years. lots of stains and it actually smells very bad all over the hotel.

整面觀湖景窗 露天溫泉很讚

口味偏鹹，新鮮度尚可，餐廳環境較悶熱

L'hôtel a une très belle vue sur le lac et le hall d'entrée est magnifique.

Notre chambre était grande avec une belle vue mais très datée. Elle n'a pas du être refaite depuis la construction de l'hôtel et ça se sent. Isolation médiocre, on entend bien les voisins. À noter qu'il n'y avait pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, il faut le demander à la réception. Dîner et petit déjeuner médiocres.
