La Vida Hostel

Very comfortable bed and the owner is very nice.

The owner Reed is amazing, he lives here for few years now. He shared with us all his tips for us to enjoy the Island. The location is good too, you are only few minutes away from the town center. The place is very clean, there is a rooftop were you can enjoy breakfast, burger or just couple drinks. I highly recommend !

This is a quality hostel, really comfy beds, class roof terrace and amazing food (hat tip to full English breakfast and burger). The reason behind this, the legendary hostel owner Reed. A top bloke who also devised the La Vida Loop, a brilliant day of riding around on bikes through some of the overlooked sights around central Palawan/ Puerta Princesa. He helped with bike hire at a reasonable price and can also sort transport to other parts of the island. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend.

I stayed here recently and lost my phone in the city, the team went above and beyond to help me track it down and get it back. The owner was super helpful and the rest of the staff were really friendly. It’s got a chill, welcoming vibe and seems like a great spot to meet other travellers. Didn’t try the food this time, but it looked great. Easy to get to town or the airport. Definitely recommend if passing through!

Not the best dorms….. only one or two power sockets for whole dorm…. Shower room was full of mosquitos 😱

Super relaxing place to chill out, the terrace is a wonderful place! Thanks for everything! I recommend the hostel :)
