"Relaxing paradise"

This property is beautiful. I’m not sure why reviews say it’s “far away” from town because it’s a 15 min walk or a 5 minute tricycle. The upstairs is beautiful. It’s relaxing, quiet and really peaceful. This is the best WiFi I’ve had in the Philippines easily. The air con was good, the food was good. Only the bottom bunks have curtains so if you want one make sure you request a bottom bunk. I paid 100 peso to get to the airport from the propriety. If you’re looking for a relaxing place - this is it.

"Bad"

I took the room from the bottom and it was really bad The beds were short and narrow The fun made so much noise (no aircon) Just a small and dirty toilet for 10 people The shower had not enough pressure No toilets and showers around the hostel The lobby area was slippery The food there is freaking expensive And you can t eat your own food upstairs Plus you can t keep the food in the fridge because the owner said that this is not a "restaurant" It is actually hard to understand the owner, by the way It s the first time that I am not allowed to bring or cook my own food in a regular hostel The owner tossed my papaya He thinks he has a resort or a 5 star hotel

Great stay for a quick stop in Puerto Princesa. The owner is super friendly and was really nice to chat with! There is a nice rooftop area for lounging in some hammocks. The rooms are nice and the AC is strong!

The shower had some trouble draining in the room we stayed in, but a squeegee was provided to help direct the flow and it was not an issue for us.

A place with a lock would be nice. Where you could put your valuables.

"Nice stay!"

Reed (Hostelowner) is really nice and helped us with booking tours and giving tips. The hangout area is super cozy and the breakfast was good. The highlight is his dog!

Overall I had a really nice stay, the location is a bit further from the city center but I knew that in advance so it was not a problem at all.
