"Just loved location, sunny, kitchen all wonderful except sofa"

We loved our stay but just suggest to upgrade the sofa it was very uncomfortable we could feel the very hard boards

Nice for sleeping 4, excellent location, clean and tidy property, nice to include tea/coffee/oil/salt/full washing powder. Three toilets and two showers meant we didn't need to worry about crossing over bathroom time. New-build, felt fresh and pleasant to stay in overall.

The sofa bed is not a traditional sofa bed and even with mattress topper, guest could feel the wooden slats between the seats, I wouldnt recommend having a 5th person stay. Had to remove the plastic sheets on the double beds, because it was so noisy and hot. Kitchen pans need replacing as they're warped and dont sit properly on the hob.

"Apart from the couch and plastic on beds, happy with everything else."

Location good

Two couples and one single person, so asked for Lounge couch to be made up. It wasn't. The couch very uncomfortable and could feel the wood in it. The plastic on the beds, prevented the couples in the bed from a good sleep.
