The Town House

Location perfect on West cliff whalebones literally around the corner , Second time in Room 3 middle floor , Basic but has what's needed and is clean ,I prefer the room no 5 above only due to it being the top one with a view and if u stay in room 3 u will understand why noise wise from above , pre order the parking scratch card its worth it and will be in the room waiting ,tv was fine ,shower was fine ,enough tea and coffee milk for 2 days, would book yet again for price for sure

No bedside lamp ?? Yet double plug socket next to bed Noise from any movement at all above ,unfortunately bathroom inclusive ,... Few Marks on walls and ceiling ,surely just have someone sort this ? For some the stairs may be an issue Inside the building is clean smells fresh with a good security system for in and out The outside of the building could do with a face-lift tbh ,would make it more appealing to a few who may just base their stay on that alone

The staff when calling them wasnt very helpful but when our parking permit was finally dropped off the lady who dropped it off was super polite if you are going to stop here enquirie about a parking permit before hand as it takes 24 hours from point of sale before they give you the permit so if you are just there for the night or the weekend make sure you have your parking permit sorted before hand as they dont tell you any of this. One thing that I wouldnt normally care about is the bed quality this bed was so uncomfortable I was up most of the 2 nights I stopped there if that was changed this place could be one of the best out there and if there staff when you call them actually spoke on the phone properly and not talk to you on speaker in a echo room it would be great and if they was helpful I got the impression they dont care and its run through a aceny call line as the staff member that dropped the parking permit off was super polite

The fact there was no towel rails toilet roll holders and the mattress wasn't very comfortable

Nothing not to like .

Fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. The outside of the building doesn't do the inside justice. The colour makes the place look slightly tacky and it doesn't fit in with the rest of the residence. The inside is beautiful and modern and absolutely lovely.

Location and cleanliness of room

Only one teabag for two for two nights

The bed was comfortable and clean and i liked being able to use a small kitchen to make a meal

I would have liked to have the entry code sooner to stop me from worrying that I would not get one. I would have liked to have washing up liquid and a tea towel in the kitchen area
