Peace and quiet and a good location

Great location, good correspondence re checking in/out details. Bed was lovely and comfortable.

Few stains/scuffs in room. Found it difficult to manage heating in the room but that could’ve just been us!

Steps leading to property, no room clean for the whole stay, coffee supplied for 2 days no cups to drink out of.

It was clean.

It was badly sold, I thought I was getting a kitchenette included, and all I had was a kettle on a small table. Until the day before departure to Whitby I had no idea about the parking issues, and that I had to pre buy parking vouchers at 5 pound a day. I paid for two days as directed, but the tickets were not delivered so I could not park anywhere. It was bank holiday Monday, so no chance. Also I am 73 with a bad back, not disabled, but there was no way I could get my bags to the accomadation from miles away. On top of that the TV barely worked. In all a lousy experience, so I did not stay and departed within 10 miniuts.

Good location handy for town the place was clean and the bed was comfortable had a good sleep nice quiet area

Advertises free internet but no password anywhere for the internet the shower was a bit hit and miss with the water turning hot and cold while having a shower there was an iron but no ironing board no dish cloth to wash the pots
