The price and location

The window needs resealing, when the wind picks up it got cold. But heating was sufficient.

Very good location

10 min walk max from the station. I had the basement apartment which was amazing. No idea how cold it would be in the winter but there was plenty of heating and a full kitchen

Probably a decent electric kettle wouldn’t go amiss

The location was great. On face value looks a nice room. Access was easy, hallway pleasant

WiFi via the TV doesn't work. Contacted host via booking.com and got no reply. Plastic thin pillows. Dirty window sill and windows don't close properly. Someone's invoice left in the bathroom. 2 sinks. 1 is cracked with no water. The other has running water but the plug doesn't work. Shower has no door so cannot be used which is a problem as I have mobility issues. Usb lamp on the bedside table but no usb socket. Toilet is round but the seat has been replaced with an oval seat so just feels like the host can't be bothered. Towel radiator is rusty. Take your money but property could be maintained better with a little effort. I tried to have a bath one day but it was too difficult and painful so we cut our last day short and came home. As I said messaged the host and they have auto messages "we hope you are enjoying your stay" and "come and pay some more for breakfast" but its just going through the motions

The property was in a good location, we hadn’t realized we were getting a suite. It was absolutely spot on. It was warm, comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
