Please note the office and reception team are based at 11 Silver Street, a 2-minute walk from the Town House. Dogs can be accommodated in all room types and additional charges apply. Breakfast is served in the main reception on Silver Street, just a 2-minute walk from the accommodations. Please state at time of booking if car parking is required, charges apply. Spaces cannot be guaranteed if not reserved in advance. Car parking spaces are only suitable for small to medium sized cars due to limited space. For guests arriving after 17:00, check-in arrangements must be made before 15:00 on the day of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note payment is taken at the time of booking. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great location but communication during stay could be better on booking.com"

Great location in between the train station and the abbey and near all tourist attractions.. Check in details were sent on the day of check in and no problem with checking in. Clean towels provided in a sealed bag. A kettle, hair dryer and TV are available in the room and there is enough space/racks to hang our clothes and towel inside the bathroom and the room.

No staff available onsite and they don't respond to messages on booking.com either. We couldn't connect to any WiFi throughout our stay even though it says free WiFi included in the facilities when we booked - there is no WiFi instructions and we figured out ourselves that the TV may serve as a hotspot however when we entered the details displayed on the TV it didn't work.

Close to town.

Went twice in 2 weeks. Leak from kitchen sink. Water on the floor. Phoned up , someone came ,he said he would be back. No one came 😞. Week later same ,water on the floor again. Had not been repaired. So we phoned again. And it did eventually get repaired.Also window did not close properly. A piece of rag stuffed in the corner. Damp patches on certain walls.

Great location. Everything we needed Comfortable

Only place to hang clothes were on coat hooks. We bought some coat hangers Poor pressure whole having a shower, water coming out very slowly
