The Town House

The location was great.

Customer care. We have used discovery accommodation for a few years and there used to be a reception area located on silver street. This is no longer the case and the management is now remote. The maintenance of the properties has fallen drastically and they are in poor condition and there is no customer service. The emergency number provided is poorly staffed and unable to get assistance when you have an issue. The power failed on the keycode device to enter the room and we were unable to gain access, no response from the emergency number afterseveral calls and messages eventually received call back but operative unable to help. Eventually gained access only due to bumping into the discovery laundry staff. Had this happened at night we would have had nowhere to stay and no access to our belongings. Will nit be using again.

Clean and near town centre

Good location made it easy to get down to arbour and beach. The apartment had a large room with kitchen, dining table and sofa. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

A code for the WiFi wasn’t available so don’t know if it worked or not.
