Very close to Cemetery Road tram stop, so made life very Easy to get around. Also convenient for tesco, take aways, local pubs. Very cosy room and clean communal bathroom.

Maybe a little clearer about what was able to use, as never used the kitchen as wasn't sure where it was.

Grand - a bit of poetic licence used I feel. It was a room in a residential house with other tenants It would have been helpful to know that the owner was not on property and that we would need to use key safe. They weren’t ready for our arrival despite having had several confirmation emails from booking. Com. They did let us in so we could get ready for a night out even though room wasn’t ready. We had driven for 8 hours from Exeter and didn’t want to miss our concert. The room was different from the photo above which was not a problem as it was very spacious. Unfortunately the bed was a bit rickety, noisy when moved and not the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in especially when sharing it. There was a kitchen next to it - had we known as there was no tea/ coffee making facilities we would have brought our own and used the kettle.

So clean and good location central to most things with the tram line a 2 min walk
