The shared bathroom - nice, a good shower water pressure and hot/warm water. The kitchen looked nice on the ground floor, I didn't use it.

The key pad door entry experience, and had to park on the pavement/road, the same as the locals do. Room 2 had a set of stairs right above the bed and this meant that the bed head board smelled of cleaning polish. I didn't sleep terribly well, and left by 4 am, next day.

Slightly inconvenient having the 1 shared bathroom between different rooms but this could be worked out.

Excellent location, free parking in a driveway, easy self check in.

Check in was easy. Parking place right outside too. Lovely room, clean and comfortable bed and very quiet too. Property is two minutes walk to a tram stop so you can be in the city centre within 20 minutes. This is a great base for anything you want to do in Manchester. All you have to do is jump on a tram.

The room was nice and clean,the bed made and towel ready. After a very grueling trip from Thetford to Manchester I was happy that the person in charge offered to wash my shirt and shorts. Although my trip was very short the bed was reasonably comfy.

I stood outside the property for approximately 45 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to let me check in. The number provided in the booking went straight to voicemail and is actually the business number for tonsal electrical. The ring doorbell was pressed 5-6 times only after someone came out. Unfortunately the worst part of the stay is also a very important part. The shared bathroom although reasonably spacious and shower sufficient the toilet is pressed right up to a wall on one side and the bath on the other, rendering the toilet utterly unusable. If you need to urinate you play a game of Tetris putting one foot inside the bath and doing a semi squat. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to do a number 2 without any success. So if you are a male with a bum larger then 30 CMS across the toilet is unusable.
