"Basic room for sleeping, if you go to Ethiad / Co-Op live."

The property was very close to the tram for Co-Op live and Ethiad. 4 stops away. I was also able to park my car on the drive.

It was very basic and room smelled of cooking. Luckily I could open the window and air the room. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Bathroom toilet was also very cramped in the space. I had a shower when I got home.

"Good option for a short stay for a solo traveller."

Very close to a tram stop so it was very well placed for getting around on public transport. On a quiet street with parking available outside on the road. A small room but the bed was very comfortable.

The location was perfect for coop live, trams in and out of Manchester. Parking in the drive. No frills but super clean, warm and comfy.warm shower and fluffy towels
