Private en-suite garden room

Room, Location, Facilities and from previous visits Owners are always able to answer queries quickly, Coffee was good and the Mugs are of a good size not Small and not cups.

This time - I missed the England game unable to get on TV but that not a big problem and Netfilx, Prime etc was ok

I loved how clean and cosy the room was also lovely with the outdoor area. The owners were also very helpful giving me advice on buses and letting me check in a few hours early.

Had everything promised and more. Was very a quiet and chill experience with no hassle at all. Hosts were lovely. Perfect for visiting exeter. Thank you.

I didn't meet the host though I did have a pleasant interaction through email and they were most accommodating like moving their car off the drive so I could park there and letting me leave it there because work was within walking distance. A well stocked fridge was the icing on the cake.

The shower was good and water hot Tv was good

Really the description of it being a garden room is not really accurate it is a converted garage and not very homely or cozy no pictures plants or anything to make it feel cozy which is what we might have expected. It was functionally okay but that’s all really which was a shame.
