Units are clean and maintained well.

There is a full kitchen and a very nice screened in patio. The small internet TVs require you to log into your personal streaming services to watch content.

The thin mattress was on a plywood plank right next to the wall where the external heart pump was located. If you turned on the heat, the bed vibrated. I ended up turning off the heat at night to sleep and woke up frozen in the morning. There are no blankets or comforters, only a thin sheet for the bed. No hand soap or shampoo is provided, so be sure to bring your own!

The campsite is a beautiful location, right on the river, in the middle of most attractions in Luray. The Skyline drive is a short distance, Luray Caverns, Hiking Trails and plenty of Museums to choose from.

The Staff seemed a little lost. We were not in the system when we checked in and they placed us in the wrong accommodation. We booked a cabin and ended up with a glamping tent. On the second day another guest was assigned our tent and caused massive confusion. We told the staff that we believed we were placed in the wrong location they assured us we were. So we were charged 700 dollars for a cabin we never received. Even at checkout they never put us in the system so we didn't get an confirmation from them what so ever. When I had booking.com reach out to them they still haven't resolved the issue.

Place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great, the kids loved it!

Nothing to complain about just a suggestion perhaps a few ground lights that could be switched on or off in case someoen wanta to have dinner outside but not enclosed in the patio. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. We coulsnt have picked a bteer spot for our mini family reunion!
