Was perfectly located for where we wanted to go We really enjoyed staying there and kids loved the cat that decided to visit us and stayed for the evening 😁

Only thing I would suggest was better mattress on the beds

"League tournament weekend away"

Lots of space for my family, we were out most of the day for my sons league tournament & came back to lovely hot showers and an awesome kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We could quickly heat the house up get nice & comfortable with a movie on netflix to end the night. Loved the morning views out to the lake, highly recommend this accomodation its close to everything 😊

Very clean and tidy, heating was great to have in the cold nights, very friendly hosts and fantastic views.

You could hear dogs whining during the day almost at all times, and accessing the place with the car is a little bit stressful: property is right off a very busy road, and if you have more than one car, getting in and out of the parking space could be tricky

"Magical cold morning mist at Rotorua"

The property has the best location close to all Rotorua activities. It's basically a home away from home. The sunrise during our stay was so magical the morning mist was so amazing. Crystal was very accomodating & kind. She even gave us baby plants because we loved her indoor plants in the house. We will definitely book and recommend this property to our family & friends.

I like everything about the property. However, just some suggestion to add on. Maybe invest on block-out curtains for the rooms, portable heater cause it tends to get freezing cold at night.

Value for money and good supply of kitchen ware.

Front door difficult to open. Metal rattling sound with heavy trucks down main road in bunk room night and day.

Family of 6 and there was good space. Nice and clean and just what we needed.

The shaking of the house was odd and we thought there was an earthquake 😎
