lovely 2 bedroom cottage that fit our family of 6. Really close and central to all of the activities that we had planned to do, easy to find, beautiful and clean. We appreciated that we were able to check in earlier at such short notice - a huge thank you to our hosts for that. We loved the extra towels, the heat pump was perfect, and it had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds and couches, the sofa bed was perfect for the kids. Beautiful views of the lake, the deck area is perfect for a morning cuppa, while listening to the birds. My fave air bnb so far, I'll be recommending to everyone.

It's quite close to a busy road, we didn't notice the road noise at first, however the trucks rumbling past are loud and do shake the house a bit

Handy location

Single bed mattresses are too thin, you can feel the frame of the bed under you. Place needs a make over/ repaint. No outside light as you come in from carport. Lots of road noise and house shakes when trucks come past.

Very cozy and so close to the activities we were doing and close to town. Even though it was raining while we were in Rotorua the view of the lake was just 👌. Plenty of spare blankets, pillows, towels etc. Nice quiet area. Really can't complain about anything😊

Everything about this place met all my expectations love the view really felt like a home away from home. I would recommend it to anyone and yes I will be staying there again.thankyous for letting me and my family stay loved it
