"A home away from home experience"

A spacious and comfortable place to stay. it gives a home away from home vibes that is pleasant and makes me want to stay here longer. The view outside is great and I can just sit outside with a cup of hot drink and just relax. The location is great as it is very close to many locations of interest. Rotorua is also about 10 to 15 minutes drive.

As it is close to the main road, the house do occasionally vibrates when the traffic is heavy. I have to pay close attention and slow down while turning into the driveway from the main road. It can be missed especially you are visiting the place the first time and has little idea what to look out for.

The parking is too low for an Everest and for it to turn around.

"Loved the location , and would stay again next time I’m in the area."

Large enough for my party of 5. The home was cozy and inviting. Big bonus that it had 2 showers!! The view from the back porch was magical in the early morning hours. Also Loved the brochures that highlighted many of the nearby attractions. The home is perfect for a few days exploring Rotorua and surrounding areas.

Property was a little hidden off the main road so maybe a sign or some landmark on the mailbox or fence. At night it was tricky to find the driveway in the dark.

Good location for lots of local attractions and activities. Comfortable beds. Great views from the back porch.

Only place in 4 weeks travelling around New Zealand without milk in the fridge on arrival or at very least some long life sachets.

Getting in and out of that busy road......sometimes a nightmare.
