"Could be largely improved and would be more pleasant"

Easy to book and quiet

Not cleaned properly, tack in cupboards, room bin not emptied, 4 days on same towels and bedding. No organisation in the kitchen cupboards. House looks like a unfinished project with the outside not maintained, struggle when more than 3 cars in the drive. When all rooms are full, its a nightmare to get in the bathroom on a evening.

"Great for a conference stay."

Near bus stop. Had most everything one would have needed for a short stay

Teabags, milk, cup, etc. for a morning cup of tea would have been nice. There was a communal kitchen/kettle, but nothing in the way of even minor 'welcome' provisions. (just a quibble - not crucial)
