Perfect to visit jew street and explore jew town

W&H is one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away. The toilet had a constant, nauseating smell that made the room uncomfortable to even use. The person in charge was completely clueless and unhelpful — he couldn’t assist with even basic necessities like drinking water and didn’t seem to know where to get it from. The rooms are grossly overpriced for what they offer. There is no proper parking, no service worth mentioning, and absolutely no justification for the rates they charge. For the same price (or less), you can get far better, bigger, and cleaner rooms in Fort Kochi, Mattancherry, or Jew Town. I had booked this place for 4 days, but the experience was so bad that I was forced to check out after just 2 days. Despite this, the property refused to refund the unused days — which speaks volumes about their ethics and customer care. I am genuinely shocked to see such high ratings for this place. The only possible reason is its proximity to Jew Street, because there is absolutely no value for money here. Location alone cannot compensate for poor hygiene, bad service, and zero professionalism. Avoid this property unless you want to waste your money and ruin your stay.
