Not much

Service was shocking and manager seemed to be unaware of massive failings of the hotel. Was offered a discounted night and massage, which was terrible. They need to focus on making sure they have: water and maybe some hot water. It really could be a nice hotel but so much wrong, much more than I have mentioned. Good luck
