clean and helpful staff

Just a short walk from the Pardesi Synagogue and the quaint Jew Town Market, this was a surprise find. Beautiful new hotel , with very clean rooms, modern amenities. We were anxious prior to reaching the place , but as soon as you get to the front of the property you realise this is definitely a really nice hotel. you can literally walk to the ginger house restaurant, with an amazing menu and views, but most other attractions are just a short drive away. The rooms: We opted for the premium delux rooms, these were large rooms, with really tall ceilings, wall to wall tile decor, modern touch sensors and touch buttons. Lovely bathroom and toilet ( separate to the bathroom ) Well stocked with bathrobes, towels , sandals. The beds were something else! the entire bed had massage and other features, you could use the recliner function . You could activate the heating. A/C was good and cooled the room down really quick. The wall to wall tiles helps keep the room really cool even when its really hot outside. The team: Nazim and team were really sweet and helpful. They had a problem with their card machine , didnt' stop us from checking in. Got us checked in within minutes as we were really late ( almost midnight ) and told us we can sort the issue out next day. very helpful and made the stay really pleasant.

They are a new hotel, so there's still a few teething stuff.. Would be great when their ayurvedic massage is up and running. options to have a full breakfast at the hotel would be a great addition. Besides that, this is a brilliant little find even if the area around it feels a little narrow and congusted.. but then most of old town will feel that way.

The staff were very helpful. The facility was new and clean.

We faced a lot of plumbing issues, and we found the price a bit much for the facility.
