The room was amazing, and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was random but excellent.

The check in check out system was awful. The staff were so terrible. It took 45 minutes to check in, and the checkout took over an hour. Needs improvement

Great location on the beautiful beach of Jambiani. All the staff at the different sections of pili pili were amazing. Very accommodating and service oriented.

Unorganised staff, lack communication skills and knowledge of what is going on around the hotel, untrained members. There’s not just one manager, if something goes wrong customers are passed on from one employee to another, every member of staff is not ready to take responsibility and look after their staff. I am surprised the owner of the hotel is not taking further action as unfortunately I booked the hotel before looking at the reviews on Google and the reviews basically highlight the correct definition of how bad this hotel is. If you are planning to go here and really want to try the place maybe book one day so that you can leave the day after, after having a bad experience. This stay ruined our holiday. The members of staff don’t know what they are doing. I would recommend considering retraining these members as the way the staff are handling and looking after the hotel is the reason why this hotel hardly has any customers. There is more members of staff than customer ratio it’s really sad. I paid via booking.com but was told my payment didn’t go through and to make my full payment there. To my surprise I was later contacted by booking.com saying that I cancelled my booking. It’s atrocious. The positive review are either family members or maybe people who were provided this hotel free of charge. But never in my life have I experienced such bad service. Also this is not a 4* hotel. At best and that’s pushing it maybe a 2* but you are better of staying at a hostel. Good luck if you do decide to proceed forward and book your stay here. Be prepared to have your holiday ruined and leave the place feeling stressed out! More-after adding my review I was contacted by the apparently “manager” of the 7 hotels called Henry Volcker who said they would like to show me the “real service” of the hotel and to give them a chance to prove it if I removed my review. However as soon as I removed my comment they stopped responding to me. All the employees are Liars DECEITFUL!!

I really liked to stay here. Everything was good. I highly recommend this place. Let’s talk about my stars. 🥰 I want to say thank you to Monica , Chi , İsmail , Constantino, jacklin, tyson, Ralisa , Edward . They are the best thing I like about this hotel.They are amazing , I love them all, they are like my family. And also from reception thank you to Bony, Briyton,Henry , josef. Such a beautiful place.
