Barn conversion with hot tub

Just curtains In the two front windows would be nice part from that fabulous place xxxx

Location

The whole barn smelt of dope the main bedroom smelt of cigs even though it was a non smoking property. We were unable to sleep in the main bedroom due to the smell. Cig tabs all outside near the hot tub, that didn’t work and was the whole reason we booked. We didn’t use the hot tub as it was freezing. The single beds we slept in were so uncomfortable kept us up most of the night. No blinds at kitchen and living room windows had to use bedding. Heating kept going off after following instructions of how to work it. Full barn was dirty, broken furniture and cobwebs all over. We was very disappointed with the stay.

The location and the views

The place was so dirty and cold and just not what we expected at all the place looked really nice and tidy at first but inside the cupboards on top of the cupboards and in the drawers and stuff was just so dirty and the hot tub had like green stuff all around the inside of it and had fag ends all in the filter. Dirty kitchen sides, it had not been cleaned, lack of kitchen equipment meant we had to eat out on both evenings Dirty marks all over carpet in front room and bedrooms. Dirty linen in the cupboard. Unclean toilets. There was no privacy in kitchen or front room (no curtains) and was opposite another property. No heating ans when text the owner was told he was out the country. Another person text and said they could come at 11pm to have a look (didn't reply to messgass) fridge broken, leaking, and no light. Bedroom furniture was smashed ans knobs missing. Needed to be repainted and hoovered and given some tlc It was not worth £120 per night. I wish I have read the reviews before booking rather than going by the listed photos.

The hot tub didn't work and it was dirty and hadnt been cleaned, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, there was only one wine glass and 8 pint glasses with no other glasses in the property, the central heating was more or less useless as didn't give out any heat whatsoever and the actual place was not very clean

The location was fantastic. Lovely building but needs some TLC.

Kitchen sides were not clean on arrival Pillows didn’t smell fresh/ not changed Lots of damaged paint work Smashed/broken furniture in bedroom No hand soap, tea towels or privacy in the lounge & kitchen no blinds or curtains. Had to hang a towel up for privacy. Hot tub water smelt like it needed chemicals added. With some tic this property would be fantastic but for the above reasons we wouldn’t stay again.

The location was fantastic. The barn was very spacious.
