Barn conversion with hot tub

The location was great. The property could be really good but....

• There needs to be some sort of welcome pack, maybe a laminated sheet with some information on the property like wifi password, what to do in an emergency, some info what to do with the water, the hot tub, bins etc etc. • The cleanliness of the property requires some serious attention. The bi-fold doors have fingerprints/smudges all over them. There is a broken handle on these doors, so even if I wanted to, I couldn’t open them. • All the mirrored furniture in the main bedroom is filthy and needs a good wipe down and polish. It has several missing handles and is all cracked. There is a mirrored dressing table in the bedroom cupboard because the leg has fallen off it. • The “TV Bed” doesn’t even have a TV in it as advertised on booking.com. There is so much rubbish under the bed. And in the side of the bed where the sky box should be. • All the beds should have 2 pillows and pillow & Mattress protectors on them. They don’t we had to request more pillows that arrived on our 2nd day. • Neither of the toilets have toilet brushes. • No hair-drier in the property. • No corkscrew to open bottles of wine. This was brought to us again on the 2nd day. • No baking trays to even cook anything in the oven. • There is general stuff in a lot of the drawers in the property, including a “euro Millions “ T-shirt??? • There isn’t enough outdoor furniture for 4 of us to sit outside and eat. • The hot tub cover is totally knackered and needs replacing. • There are no plastic glasses to have around the hot tub. • No wine glasses. Again, these were brought to us on the 2nd day. • There are only 2 x large plates and 4 small side plates • Only 1 egg cup • The fitted sheet on the super king-size bed had a king-size fitted sheet that was torn. • There was a contact lens on the bedside table. The tv was covered in fingerprints. There was a dirty oil filled pan in the drawer. I feel that this isn’t the complete list, and I could go on.

Hot tub not warm enough no blinds on room window

Had amazing stay great celebrations for husband birthday with hot tub hot and ready for when we got there was a lovely place to stay plenty of space for a family of 4 kitchen was well equipped for us to cook nice and clean

Just could of done with few more pillows

The actual cottage was lovely. The layout and feel of the place was good. When I had a query it was sorted promptly.

Would have benefited from a good clean. No soap or hand wash provided. Lack of pillows.

Location was fine for my event

The property was filthy and had not been cleaned. There were not enough basics like spoons & forks. The saucepans were rusty. The bathrooms & kitchen were not hygienic.
