Barn conversion with hot tub

Nice and secluded. Cosy atmosphere.

Great quiet location. Really has the farmhouse feel to it and a comfortable lounge area. Comfortable beds and plenty of space.

Hot-tub required cleaning. Was okay at first but soon as the jets were activated it became unusable. Garden is not completely secure for dogs. Little dogs will get through the gaps and big ones would just jump over the fence. My only 2 downfalls.

Where it was located very private and out the way lovely views and quiet

Nothing it was dirty, unhygienic and wasn’t a lit area to see the property

Not hygienic, not great conditions and not a well lit area we walked in was there for about 20 minutes and had to leave due to unhygienic conditions etc. There was no privacy as no curtains in the living room and the property was freezing and no televisions in both bedrooms even though advertised as there is.

The location was superb and the house tub was nice and privately placed.

Maybe a few more pillows on the bed would be better for those who prefer more than one pillow each. The microwave wasn't usable unfortunately and began sparking upon use, so could do with being replaced. (This was no bother though as we used the hob instead)

Bathroom was a little unclean

The Property is set out well and has so much potential and easy to access

On arrival the pots were left dirty at the top of the cupboards, the bedding hadn’t been changed on any of the beds and had cum stains and hair all over, the carpets was filthy, the hot tub had loads of dead skin floating, the bed had dirty knickers and socks around it, the smell was nearly making me sick, and there were no complimentary tea coffee or sugar… for the price of £160 it wasn’t worth any penny… 4 of us slepted on the worn out leather sofas and all of us had been bitten by the bugs wouldn’t be surprised if the beds also had bed bugs they were that dirty

bed was comfy, shower was good, very spacious property with a homely feel to it

hot tub didn't warm up which after checking more thoroughly through the reviews had already been mentioned in December. the whole reason for booking was because of the hot tub. was also cigarette ends on the floor around the hot tub aswell as in flower baskets along with an empty beer can. shower had muck in it around the plug hole, surfaces around the property not cleaned properly
