The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean apart from the carpets. Fantastic to have the two bathrooms and two bedrooms with an additional toilet dowstairs near the kitchen living area.
The carpets need a VERY good clean. There was meant to be a garage door opener on the kitchen table and it wasn't there and we weren't advised there wasn't one. We then had trouble with the digital lock on the front door and had to ring for help at 10pm to be let into the apartment.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and very comfortable!
We just got confused with which apartment it was and went to 4/307 instead of 4/309. I suspect it happens a bit! 4/309 is in the back right hand side of apartments once you enter the gate.

Perfect spot for one night stay - close to bars etc in Chch CBD. Bed was great and loved the apartment layout. Garage fitted my SUV perfectly 👍 Will stay again if its available on another trip - thanks so much 😊🥂🥂
