This apartment is ideal for a short stay in Christchurch. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood and is only about a 5-minute drive to the nearest supermarket, which was very convenient. The host was very thoughtful and provided cooking oil and aluminium foil for the oven, which was a nice and helpful touch for guests who plan to cook. The property appears to offer two parking spaces. The outdoor one was occupied when we arrived, but we were able to use the private parking space that comes with the apartment without any issues.

Everything about this property was amazing. Safe community and very quiet area located within the CBD. Walking distance to the city. The host is very nice and all the ammenities provided were more than what we expected. Thank you so much, will be booking again

Great property with a garage and secure in a gated complex.

Would have liked to have some microwave dishes for cooking. Otherwise it was well set up and very comfortable.

The property is a townhouse with a carpark inside, which is special useful in a rainy day. Two bedrooms on the upper floor is quite for rest and living room on the ground floor is spacious and tidy. The house is fully equipped, we purchased some food and cooked our dinner in the house.

There is a transparent triangular glass on the top of the bedroom. On sunny days, you will be exposed to the sun very early in the morning.
