Nothing, everything was good! Personal preference - the shower head in ensuite room was a bit annoying as couldn’t change the flow/type of water coming out (but totally just preference, wouldn’t say it was bad!)

The location is pretty central within walking distance to restaurants and cafés. There is a bus stop outside so you can easily get to the bus interchange to connect to different routes. You can buy a metro card and top it up when needed which is the cheapest way to get around. The house was generally well equipped but I feel needed a few extra bits (see my comments below). Generally, a nice central location within a gated community so felt pretty secure.

Parking is an issue if you have a trailer or two cars. It's great there's an internal garage. However, we came with a trailer so parked it in the garage but had to park the car on the road miles away as there was no space near to the house. The house itself was modern, warm and comfortable. However, there were a few things missing which I thought would be standard in a luxury property. These include: a fruit bowl, trays, placemats and coasters, a small outdoor table, a dish cloth (couldn't find one), shower caddies (it's hard for older people like me to keep bending down in the shower for soap and shampoo etc), door hooks in the bedrooms for dressing gowns, waste paper bins in the bedrooms. Also, could have done with more crockery like serving plates. There were also a few maintenance jobs that needed doing: the bedroom door hinges needed oiling as they creaked noisily, especially if you got up in the night. There was a stain on the living room carpet and also a brown stain in the ensuite sink, which both needed cleaning. The TV remote also needed new batteries. The bedrooms have triangular windows at the top, which were not covered by a curtain or blind which meant that the early morning light could wake you up. There is also a lack of privacy when you open the blind as you can see people across the way lying in bed! Although this is a long list, which I hope the owners will take onboard, it is still a great place to stay if you're looking for inner city accommodation.

Die Lage ist gut, man ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von Christchurch. Die Unterkunft hat 2 Bäder und außerdem ein Extra WC im Erdgeschoss. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im oberen Geschoss

Der Verandabereich hat keine Privatsphäre, da er von allen anderen Appartements aus einsehbar ist. Hier wäre eine Abdeckung z.B. ein Sonnensegel hilfreich
