The location was in a safe neighborhood across from a small market and close to nearby sites and great food.

No air conditioning, but 2 fans provided comfort. This is typical for CDMX so we were not surprised.

El alojamiento ha sido 10/10 con una ubicación excelente, cerca a lugares turísticos, restaurantes, bares .Cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera . El área es muy segura.

Me gustó todo.

En general muy comodo el apartamento. La ducha sale con buena presión y el agua es bien caliente. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Un espacio muy cómodo para viajar con niños.

Ubicación, que tenía dos habitaciones y dos baños y la cocineta.

Que en los baños no hay toalleros suficientes, no tiene accesorios dentro de la cabina de la ducha para colocar artículos como shampoo, jabón, etc. Y el cristal de la ventana del baño no tiene película esmerilada por ende no había privacidad .

Todo estuvo perfecto, desde las instalaciones: el cuarto, la cocina (la cual por cierto tenía de todo, hervidor de agua, microondas y demás utensilios, una escoba y trapeador hasta café y azúcar había!) el baño: la regadera funcionaba muy bien, la presión y temperatura del agua me encantaba, hasta la ubicación literal todo está accesible desde ahí. Me encantó lo reservado y privado que fue todo, me mandaron instrucciones de acceso todo muy claro y hasta con video por WhatsApp, no tuve problema alguno, me guardaron la maleta antes y después de check in y check out. El personal excelente también, de hecho, fue de lo mejor, mi host Jon muy profesional y amable, y los dos guardias que están ahí 24/7 excelentes también. Sobre todo Jorge Luis siempre pendiente de todo, me hizo sentir muy segura y me ayudó en todo lo que necesitaba, les recomiendo 100% este lugar, no lo pienses más, reserva aquí, esta es tu señal!

Unsafe place. We decided to stay away by the time we stepped in. This place claims to be safe with reception and concierge, which is a lie. The 'manager' is extremely rude and there's no customer service. I tried to call them, no answer. I tried to call them through booking and they don't answer them as well. This place is unsafe, dirty, without customer service, they won't answer me, plus, they won't answer mails from booking... Extremely unsafe and unprofessional. No concierge, no hospitality, no professionalism. Stay away. Don't lose your money and time. They already took mine. I didn't stay with them, just by stepping in I knew this place is shady. Please don't stay here

La ubicacion sin duda es muy buena, el espacio de la hab y el baño son buenos.igual. La atencion del anfitrion es buena igual.

Se escucha mucho el ruido exterior

Las instalaciones son bonitas, amplias y tiene lo suficiente. Aparte de la ubicación que esta cercana a todo y facil acceso y seguro tambien. Incluso frente al apartamento hay un Oxxo asi que si se necesita algo al cruzar la calle lo tiene

Hot water issue to fix, and daily household cleaning would be nice
