Estaba muy limpio, tenía de todo y el personal amable. Bien situado.

El agua caliente es difícil de controlar y se acabó alguna vez. Los otros usuarios. Un día montaron una fiesta muy ruidosa. La habitación da a un patio ( lo que se agradece para evitar los ruidos de la calle) pero se oyen los otros inquilinos cuando entran o salen.

La ubicación es inmejorable, todo es accesible. Tienes un café abajo, una tienda de conveniencia y farmacias enfrente. El acceso es fácil y Jon, ha sido resolutivo cuando se han presentado detalles.

Me he quedado dos veces ahí y siempre hay algún tema de mantenimiento. En esta ocasión, afuera del departamento no tenía luz, la ventana de baño no tenía manija y así detalles en las dos veces que me he quedado. Si corrigieran eso, sería perfecto.

"DISCRIMINATORY PROPERTY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

This is a formal complaint regarding an incident at this property at approximately 3:00 a.m., when security staff refused a registered guest access to the hotel. This conduct was discriminatory, degrading, and completely unacceptable. Denying a paying guest entry in the middle of the night is an operational failure and a serious breach of basic duty of care. Management’s subsequent apology was superficial and inadequate, showing a lack of accountability and respect for the gravity of the incident. I expect a written explanation, confirmation of corrective and disciplinary actions, and appropriate retribution commensurate with the severity of this failure. This incident reflects extremely poorly on your organization and warrants immediate escalation.
