La ubicacion sin duda es muy buena, el espacio de la hab y el baño son buenos.igual. La atencion del anfitrion es buena igual.

Se escucha mucho el ruido exterior

Las instalaciones son bonitas, amplias y tiene lo suficiente. Aparte de la ubicación que esta cercana a todo y facil acceso y seguro tambien. Incluso frente al apartamento hay un Oxxo asi que si se necesita algo al cruzar la calle lo tiene

A localização é excelente. A Rua Lerma fica próxima de supermercados, farmácias e restaurantes. Lugar muito agradável de andar e seguro, andei várias vezes a noite para ir a restaurantes na região. Fiquei no apartamento 205, sendo novo, cama confortável, silencioso, pois não fica de frente para a rua. Todas as torneiras têm água quente, do aquecedor que fica no apartamento, então não tem aquele problema de acabar a água quente do prédio. Tem talheres, panela, frigideira, fogão a indução, tudo que precisa para um apartamento funcional. A TV é grande e smart, então pude logar com meu usuário no Youtube para assistir canais brasileiros. Fiquei por 12 dias e poderia ter ficado facilmente por 30.

Antes da estadia, não me responderam à mensagens no Booking e também os telefones de contato cadastrados estavam errados! O anfitrião parecia incomunicável. Por favor, passem a responder às mensagens que os clientes enviam pelo chat do Booking e também mantenham os telefones cadastrados corretos, para que os hóspedes possam ter suas mensagens respondidas. Somente consegui contato 2 dias antes da reserva, porque me enviaram mensagem pelo whatsapp, no meu número cadastrado no Booking.

The hotel is located in a great area, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The property itself is beautiful and very clean. The on-site security is also a nice touch and helps you feel safe during your stay.

The code to our room did not seem to work when we arrived, so we asked a member of the cleaning staff for assistance. They kindly helped us and eventually provided a physical key since the code wasn’t functioning. We were also staying as a group of three, but the room was initially set up with towels and duvets for two. We requested an additional set, though we did not receive a response. These were relatively minor issues but worth noting for future guests.

The flat location is excellent for visiting Mexico City. The flat itself is pleasant. It has excellent facilities in the kitchen (microwave/fridge/cooker/blender/kettle/coffee maker). There is also a useful iron. The beds are very comfortable and a change of bedding was provided and much appreciated. The upstairs terrace with washer/drier is a great asset. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

We would have liked to have a good serrated knife in the kitchen for cutting fruit such as pineapple for example. Also, we suffered an occasional intermittent supply of hot water, the temperature of which was not easy to regulate in the shower.
