The front desk people were all very friendly and helpful
The hotel was neat & clean. Decent breakfast though not too many choices are available. Easy & quick check-in, comfortable room/beds and on request complimentary airport shuttle provided to LGA airport. The lobby staff were very helpful in guiding us how to reach Manhattan as it was a 15 min bus ride to the metro and a further 30 min to Manhattan by metro. Decent Chinese restaurants are available in the same hotel building. Would surely recommend for a short stay.
Nice place. Very classy
We had a no smoking room, smelt like smoke in our room and when we got back home from New York our peers noticed that we smelt like cigarettes. The room was absolutely tiny for the $200+ paid. This hotel tries to market itself as a fancy hotel..that it is not.
staff was nice, but the carpet needs updates. Parking lot was full when we got back at night since it is shared with the restaurants but that was someone managing the lot. So I gave the person the key and it was returned to front desk later that night. FOr the price I paid it was a pleasant stay.
Good condition Clean constable bathroom is clean
The only thing that I didn’t like is the noise coming from the Karaoke. Too loud; however, if you don’t care about noise, is such a good hotel.

The property wasn’t as close to the airport as I was told.. it was actually a 15-20 min ride. The property is attached to many other admins. My whole experience started with landing at the airport n calling the hotel to get a shutter bus. I was told to go to terminal A n call back . As I did so, I was than told to wait 15 min and the shutter bus driver will call me( this was inconvenient cuz I had to turn my phone on n use roaming as I didn’t have a US phone plan) .. I waited n called the hotel back n was told to just wait cuz traffic did bad n someone is on their way. I waited 45 mins for a shutter bus only to find out the driver had my wrong number n said he was there waiting 20 mins! Ride to the hotel was long .. once I got to the hotel I was told my reservation was cancelled cuz they thought I wasn’t coming ! They rebooked me a room n gave me a discount for all my troubles. Otherwise Room was nice n clean.
