The room was falling apart. The bed frame was peeling. The sheets were super worn, a faded yellowish white. The pillows were flat. There was only cable. Television not setup for Netflix. The breakfast was like gas station food. It was not a cheap stay to say the least. It felt like a cheap inn.

Close to airport. Nice modern room and great bathroom with amenities. Free on site parking which is blocked off to non residents. Makes you feel safe when you drive in or out at late night or early morning hours. Will use them again.

Was told twice that early check in was available. When I got to hotel, A room wasn’t available. Our room wasn’t ready even at 3 PM check-in. Room service did not clean our room, change the trash, or anything at all. Room was cheap and basic, and served its purpose for this last minute weekend trip. Would not recommend other than that

Staying in my hotel room was fine. My problem with this hotel was the concierge for the day in which I came onto property. The concierge at the desk did not greet me I had to be the first one to say hello. When he finally did give me his attention he made mention to me about a that needs to be addressed for the room. I told him I was not aware of it and he rudely said it's on the website where you book your room. He then pointed to a sign to the left of him on the counter and said you can read it. Not politely said bold Miss if you would like here is the same information you can look it over now. Very rude I don't know whether or not it's just his mannerism or he's just unprofessional. I told him I did not have my glasses and I told him I was not aware of the deposit once again I then told him is that not why you are here to assist me into understanding what I may have overlooked? He then and only then began to explain the reason for the deposit. There are plenty of people out here looking for employment who can put on a chery face and have no problem explaining what's needed in order to stay as a guess at Hotel de point without rudeness and an attitude. It was all so perplexing to find that there was patio furniture in the dining area and the tables were not properly made for placing coffee cups liquids or even utensils as they can all fall through the holes of the tables. Strange setup and possibly somewhere down the line a lawsuit. Maybe you guys should invest proper table

Ktv on 1st floor really made my night exciting What started as a light singing till around 12-1am, then the bass of the sound system literally made the bed shake and made me think i was sleeping in the back room of a club. Just fking great

Location and entrance was very strange, the room have strong smell like of Chinese food from 2 and 4 floor Chinese restaurant. Karaoke from one of the floor was so loud you can hear in the room. Carpet hallway stain, faded and unraveled can easily trip. First room assigned has plumbing problem faucet barely hanging or connected. Curtain rod was broken and part of the curtain window is hanging down. Front office was not friendly and trying to charged us on the room stayed which we already paid directly to Expedia when we booked reservation. Very far from any airport and eatery besides the chinese restaurant in the building. Continental breakfast service the heating plate was not plug in, toaster takes twice to toast a bread. Driver pick up lost around the airport and never pick up for 2 hours waiting. Driver cannot speak English and not familiar with the airport in La Guardia. Location of the hotel is sketchy North of Queens and no one walking around which tells us not a safe place.
