Service nice, breakfast better
The property is nice, room has always been great when we come out to visit. Except this time we found a condom wrapper in our room. The front desk, Jimmy, was horrible. When I had asked a few questions, he did not answer very clearly and mumbled to himself, I had to ask a couple of times to clarify what he was saying and he responded at one point he was talking to himself. He did not greet or when over the hotel briefing, at the very least he should give us directions to the room. He was not helpful at all.The staff after him was great except for the one who I told the condom to about, she just looked and said ”oh” and I told her to make sure to tell the cleaning staff. Very mixed bag of customer service here.
We got room on second floor. We can’t sleep cause karaoke on first floor is crazy loud all night...
Very nice staff! Clean and safe place. The breakfast included eggs, sausages, cereals and fruits.

Very nice stay. No complains, we did realize parking could get crazy and packed during the evening, but that didn’t effect us much, because of the hours we were going in and out. Would stay again

Upon arriving to the hotel there is confusion because the building that has the name to the hotel is not the actual hotel. The hotel is located next door which is another building, once you go into the lobby there are no signs clearly visible to let you know that the actual hotel check in desk is on the second floor. Super confusing and frustrating. The room was a nice size, the bed was hard, to firm for my taste. It was like sleeping on plywood with a quilt on it. The carpet was super dirty, the towels were horrible. The only positive thing is the location of the hotel and parking. I won’t be staying at that hotel ever again.
