Front desk staff were so kind! I was visiting for my dad's memorial and encountered a problem accessing files for his photo slideshow. Desk staff provided business service assistance that went above and beyond to help resolve my tech challenge. Overall the hotel was clean, convenient and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Will definitely return in the future!
For the price point charged, the hotel is a good value. If you aren't a fussy traveler, and need a clean room, free parking, and close proximity to public transport and the Van Wyck, then you will be satisfied. They offer free breakfast--it's serviceable. Try instead the 7 stars diner in College Point. Very good, and less than 5 minutes away.

Internet ad there’s a 24 shuttle service. But there’s none. Deceiving add.
Quiteness... it was clean, convenient and affordable.
Horrible hotel do not stay here room was extremely dirty. Stains on the floor on the carpet. Really bad smell in the room. We reserved a shuttle to airport which was 30 minutes late we almost lost our flight.
Property exceeded my expectations. From the outside it looks like a retail location/mall but once you get inside you will be pleasantly surprised.
Rooms were huge and bathrooms as well! The restaurants in hotel were great too.
