Nice location, clean, nice first contact and helpful advices

Washing machine was broken and no one told us about that until we tried to use it. As a result all our stuff becomes even more dirty… After complaining to facility manager he told us that it is broken and they even excluded washing machine from the facility list. But in fact it was still there and looks totally ok. One more thing. The blanket that they gave us for one of our kids was full of sand. So, we noticed it only after we tried to use it on my son bed. As a result sand was everywhere: in bed, on my son, on the floor… so we „enjoyed“ the sand in apartment for all time we’ve been there b/c there is no tools to clean the apartment.

What a beautiful town and spacious, CLEAN, well- stocked welcoming apartment with amazing balconies overlooking the city streets and church. We enjoyed our stay here very much! After busy days in Rome, it was refreshing to be able to hop on the train back to this refreshing environment only a short distance from a beautiful beach. It was ony short walk to groceries, lots of restaurants the train and the beach. And we felt safe with our family of five. Thank you so much!

It was not a problem for us- as we travel light and don’t mind taking the stairs, but this is a rooftop apartment- hence the amazing views we enjoyed from the veranda- but it may be difficult for some to climb the stairs. The elevator stops at the third floor. The parking was a little tricky in the streets, but we are not used to this, and we were able to find close spots to the apartment. The water pressure in the shower was a little low for some of us. We are mentioning these things, as it might be helpful to others and the owners, but they were no problem for us and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
