Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Loved being right by the beach but easy access to the city as well Emiliano very friendly and responsive Definitely be back

The hosts were extremely understanding and accommodating, regardless the fact that we booked very last minute all of our needs were not only met but exceeded any given expectations. Communication was 10/10 we truly felt cared for that we check-in and checked-out very smoothly. Thank you for being such caring hosts! Would recommend the stay for anyone!

Location is very good. Five minute walk to the promenade if you go in the right direction. 8 minute walk to the train station which has a great service into Rome. You can simply get off at Porto s Paulo and its a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. Or Get another Train there. Emiliano was great, friendly and helpful.

No Microwave. Sofabed is a bit dingy. I think the Apartment is better for a couple as the facilities would be a bit cramped for 4. Decor is acceptable but I think is a bit dated and could do with a bit of refreshment, Especially the blue wall in the dining area!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, very close to the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants and to the beach.
