The landlord is very kind and helpful! We were able to reach him very easily. The huge balcony is really wonderful and you have a perfect city and sunset view, even though it could need a little upgrade in lighting for a bit more coziness, but that’s just a point of opinion. The AC works just fine and the shades around the apartment are very helpful as well. The location even does have a small elevator, which was very helpful after a long day walking through Rome. Good Restaurants, Supermarkets, Cafes and the train/ bus station are very close. To the beach it’s just a walk of 10-15 Minutes and you have many shops for little snacks on the walk there.

It was all in all tidy and clean, just some areas would need an upgrade or a bit more cleaning. The street next to the house can be loud, but this is a apartment in a city - so that’s to expect.
