Great parking close to cricket stadium and all on one floor

Nothing all good

It was a great location in that it was a quiet spot that's 20-25 mins walk (for someone reasonably fit) from Birmingham centre shops, restaurants and bars with a drive for parking. Good value for money for a comfortable 2 double bed apartment. Host was very receptive great WiFi and TV

It could do with a bit of an upgrade... Not much but lock needs looking at as do sheets and towels.

Single level ground floor flat with parking at the front door.

Oh dear! Rotting milk spilled in the fridge (which we had to clean out before we could use); thin, smelly towels that may or may not have been washed; a general musty smell in the house; sheets with a burn hole in them; damp towels shoved behind the bathroom sink pedestal….

Location was very quiet and close to city centre.

On arrival at the property we were unable to gain access due to the fact the key lock code hadn’t been altered so this delayed entry. On entering the heating was turned up really high which was totally unnecessary as the weather wasn’t cold. One of the towels left was wet so needed drying out. The bedding was dirty in one of the rooms. There was food left in the fridge which was causing it to smell, there was washing left in the washing machine, the bathroom floor was marked and there was water on the floor when we arrived. The surfaces in the rooms especially the lounge were thick with dust. All in all it was not clean and the property as a whole was average at a push, certainly not deluxe as described. Very disappointing!!

The property is conveniently located for easy access to the city whilst enjoying tranquility as it is not in the city center. It was a warm, cost and comfortable stay offering all the amenities which we needed for an overnight stay.
