Double booked with Airbnb Airbnb guests easily forced entry whilst we were in the property. Property owner was called but failed to resolve the issue, they did try to secure alternative accommodation for the other party but ths was not accepted. So I allowed the other party to stay. Early correspondence from owner, evidenced, was that a full refund would be given, subsequently changed their minds, customer service at booking.com absolutely useless and have made no offer to assist me. It appears showing compassion and not turfing people out on the street was my crime

Location, parking, good kitchen facilities

There was a bath but the plug wouldn't close so shower only. There were spiders webs & a squashed fly on the bedroom window. Looked like it could do with a clean.

Location and parking great. Netflix available. Easy check in. Decent space.

Could have been cleaner. Mouldy shower curtain, musty smelling towels, dishes left on draining board.
