2bdroom city center house Perfect for contractors

Nothing, unfortunately this property was in a disgusting state and was not safe for me and my children.

The stains over the sofas, carpets and on all the mattresses. An unbearable smell, mould on every room rubbish in kitchen cupboards. Fridge was gross and not fit for use, fire alarm had ran out of batteries l. Me and my family couldn’t stay here it was a health risk nothing like the photos or previous fed back. I also have no response from owner. Absolutely disgraceful

Good location. Rooms were clean

The property was listed as having 3 beds but had only 2. No bath mats in the bathroom. The towels smelled bad. Almost empty bottle of shower gel left in the bathroom to use.

A couple of odd things which we weren't sure about and not encountered before The duvet on one bed was completely unmade like someone had just got up... It was late and we were too tired to message so we used another one in the cupboard.🙄 One of the towels provided was slung over the bath like someone had used it. Not folded or rolled like the others. 🙄.

Netflix, A private carpark in front of the property. The location is good. It’s close to McDonald’s and within walking distance to Chinatown.

It would be an ideal b&b if the following issues were fixed: There’s a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom and hallway!!! The sofa can't be converted into a sofa bed. The bedsheets are dusty and wrinkled. The bed mattresses are too soft. We also found mould on the bathroom curtain and shower curtain.
