2bdroom city center house Perfect for contractors

Arrived at check in time. Flat was filthy, full of last visitors rubbish, beds slept in, obviously not cleaned. Could not contact owner, left a voicemail, booking.com could not contact them. Cleaners arrived, had to wait for them to clean the entire place. Owner eventually called making out he received a missed call (not my voicemail) and not aware of which apartment of his I had booked, completely unapologetic. He stated I arrived early, I pointed out I did not and he knows this as he has a door-cam! Mold in bathroom on blind, shower curtain and wall. Ants in the kitchen. What looked like blood on the duvet cover. Would not stay here again, way overpriced!!

Property layout and size was good, beds were comfy and good size living room and kitchen

Only issue had was kitchen lacked a few more cooking utensils, which aLao includes extra pot and pans.

The house was clean and a very good environment. Very comfortable too

Location was great for the University.

Email with details for accessing keys etc was a day late.
