"Lovely apartment in a great location"

The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The whole flat was really clean and furnished well. It had a great relaxing vibe about it. The bedding, towels etc are all of a good quality and everything was geared up to ensuring you had lovely stay. The garden was real bonus, a lovely spot for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine! The location is great, easy to walk to good pubs, restaurants etc. Well worth a stay and we will be back

"A Perfect Early Spring Break"

What an absolute gem this property is. Our stay was not nearly long enough, it really is a gift that keeps on giving! Let's begin with the location and the accommodation itself. It's way more conveniently located than you first realise, everything you could need can be found within a 2-10 minute walk - the 2 being a quaint and pretty shopping and eating area that begins right in front of the property (not much longer to the Tesco Metro at the top of the street), the 10 being the maximum time on foot to the mainline station and shopping mall including major brands like Next, M&S, Sainsbury's. It's also deceptively close to the seafront - depending on your preference (stroll or route-march..) that's 10-15 minutes on foot. In short, hard to imagine a more convenient spot - and surely in the prettiest part of town. The building has character to spare, which makes coming and going a pleasure in itself (with a little help from the very kind owners on the parking front). The accommodation itself is best described as classy and stylish, combining modern takes on original architectural features with up to date comforts and individual pieces of art and design. It's a just a lovely place to be on every front, all of the fundamental facilities and equipment are either new or look and feel new, and the use of the space is very clever, so that it feels spacious in every way. The private garden is a lovely feature, which while we didn't get a chance to use, its access off the lounge contributes to the feeling of light and space, particularly if you get some weather, which we fortunately did. The bed is super-comfy and the shower in the very cleverly designed bathroom is another highlight - and the towels were excellent too. I have no doubt that this is a wonderfully cosy retreat in autumn or even winter time, and I'm more than happy to declare it "East Sussex HQ" - no browsing required!

Stunning garden flat, superb location everything within walking distance really enjoyed our stay very relaxing. John and Sarah very welcoming and supplied parking passes which were much appreciated would not hesitate to return.

"Best place to rent in Eastbourne!"

Expectations met! The flat was cozy, near the town centre and has everything you'll need. The owner, Sarah, is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay so much!

"A lovely quiet well equipped centrally apartment in Eastbourne."

A great location, close to the shops, such as Tesco Express and a little further to the main shopping Arndale/Beacon centres. In the other direction is the seafront with pier. Free parking is around the corner in College Road, which also has a carpark with EV charging. The apartment is wonderfully decorated, cosy and quiet. The kitchen had all we needed, with a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, and crockery, glassware etc. A bus ride to Seaford, you can walk back via the Seven Sisters' coastal path past Beachy Head, a mere 14 miles/22km. Our host, Sarah, was lovely helping with anything we needed.

It was October so we couldn't enjoy the private outside garden, but in the summer this looks like a lovely space to enjoy the warm weather.
